SECTION 1: Print Products by The Legendary Prints
1.1 General Return Policy
Products sold directly by The Legendary Prints, such as stickers, magnets, magnetic bookmarks, greeting cards, and supplies, are eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
1.2 Custom Print Products
Custom-made products printed by our partners or us, including but not limited to custom stickers, business cards, and other custom merchandise, cannot be returned once production has begun. Production typically starts shortly after the order is fulfilled.
1.3 Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately via email at sales@thelegendaryprints.com or through our website's contact page. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution promptly.
1.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via email or our website's contact page to obtain our returns address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable import duties for non-damaged or non-defective returns.
1.5 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
SECTION 2: Custom Prints by The Legendary Prints
2.1 Custom Print Services
Custom-made products created using customer-provided artwork or personalized designs, such as custom die-cut vinyl stickers, sticker sheets, magnets, greeting cards, and other custom merchandise, are non-refundable once production has commenced. This is due to the unique nature of these products that cannot be resold.
2.2 Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to a custom order, such as correcting artwork or design files, please notify us immediately by contacting sales@thelegendaryprints.com or using our live chat feature if available. Once production begins, modifications may not be possible, and refunds cannot be provided for custom-printed items.
